What changed, in Leo’s words

“By introducing AI internally into our business, that's freed up more time to work on our key USP, which is sending nice bespoke messages.”

Spreadsheets were eating the time for outreach

LSC Creative is a LinkedIn marketing agency. Leo Crocker built it on outreach that is truly personal: the team researches each business before writing to it and does not use AI to write the messages. That personal touch is what clients pay for.

Internally, the business ran on too many Google Sheets, and too few processes were written down. Leo could see that growth would soon outrun that setup, and that new staff would be hard to train on it.

The approach: AI inside the business, people in the messages

Leo wanted AI used inside the business, never in client messages. We mapped the internal processes and automated every step that does not need a human touch.

The team sent Loom videos of its daily work, so we could see each click and where even a few seconds could be saved. In the first weeks there were questions every day, then weekly calls with the whole team. Each request for a button or a page went into the system.

    Redesign

Moved the work into a CRM and automated the steps that do not need a person.

What we built for LSC Creative

  • A CRM that holds the team’s work in one place, in place of the Google Sheets.
  • Automation for the internal steps that do not need a person.
  • A reworked client onboarding process.

The team’s time went back to personal outreach

The time saved now goes to the agency’s core work: researching each business and writing a personal message. Onboarding, daily workflows and internal communication all work far better than before, and the team saw time saved quickly. When the next sales push comes, the processes to deliver for new clients are in place.
